What is the CMQ for Eco-Construction and Energy Efficiency – Grand Est ?
Established in 2014 and officially certified by the French Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research in 2015, the CMQ Eco-Construction and Energy Efficiency (3E) was jointly initiated by the Regional Academic Authority and the President of the Grand Est Regional Council, with the support of higher education institutions involved in this field. It is coordinated by the University of Strasbourg, through the IUT Robert Schuman.
The CMQ Eco-construction and energy efficiency, known as “CMQ 3E”, brings together 46 stakeholders around the same objective:

- Develop eco-construction and energy efficiency sectors in the Grand Est region, address companies’ needs for new skills, and help raise qualification levels among their workforce.
